Hey, site admin Alex again... Here's some helpful health info:
Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is calculated by the following equation:
BMI=(weight*lbs*/height x height*in.*)
**The height must be in inches, and the weight must be in pounds**
You will get a really long, ugly, odd number, so just round it 8)
Here's the scale on what is considered healthy:
Below 18.5Underweight
18.5 - 24.9Normal
25.0 - 29.9Overweight
30.0 and AboveObese
My BMI is 17.26 (yes, I'm pretty darn underweight...)
