Holidays and Snow!
Hey everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying their December. :) We're almost ready for Christmas... The guinea pigs have chew blocks and a wooden lizard toy wrapped and under the tree! My husband and I took our boys to Petco for a picture with Santa! They were very very well behaved :) I'm such a proud mama, hehe!
In other news, my husband scooped some snow in a bowl (our section of PA is covered in festive snow right now) and brought it inside. We let our one pig, Alfred, sniff it, which caused instant terror and he tried to hide as deep into my arm as he could go. Which makes me wonder, are guinea pigs afraid of snow? And why? Besides it being cold (and my boys being VERY spoiled indoor pigs), I can't think of a reason. Has anyone had any pig + snow experience? I'm just curious :)
