everyday woes, everyday whoas....
ugh. managed to get through presentation on pron, yay.
people were surprisingly reticent, but that may be because they all stayed up working on abstracts and finishing the reading. or maybe theyre afraid to talk about porn. or maybe the movie was just boring.
after a horrible evening of feeling sick and tired and uninspired, i did turn in an abstract, most of which i wrote at 1am and revised at 9am. bleh.
did i mention i woke up sick yesterday? i hope its not strep.
im coughing, sometimes phlegmy, mostly dry and razor-sharp.
and my nose is runny, head fulla goo. bleh.
so, i am cancelling nyc trip, cause i feel yucky, and id like to get ahead on some things.
i also want to try to apply for a residency in banff, which is due on monday.
i am sad not to go though. i really wanted to.
i will make it eventually.
the upside is that i can make it to see vito acconci tomorrow night, and the wet spots on friday. yay! art and smut!
random note: must go by admissions and awards to find out about student loan. not sure where to pick up a check, but i hope ill have one.
