field trip!
saturday we took a field trip, to go apple-picking.
bry and i were a bit late for lemon pancakes, but the few we got were tasty.
other apple-pickers included kwokj, crazykittylady, tif's ex-bf POSLQ jeremy, and the boy he is dating, henry.
tif rented a mini-van (since she had to drive to her parents' place this weekend anyway) and we all piled in.
much fun was had both in and out of the vehicle, mostly of the nerd/geek and occasionally politically incorrect kind.

i thought they only had corn mazes in missouri. didnt visit this one either.

after a not-so-satisfactory dinner excursion in picton, we went to see the "lake on the mountain, which is actually two lakes, one higher than the other, so you could hang out by the higher one and look down on the other (which has a ferry).
