Yesterday we took all the rugrats to see the animated movie Over The Hedge, with the voices of Bruce Willis, Nick Nolte, and a bunch of other stars. Kyle & Megan really liked it. Natalie enjoyed it, though I don't think she understood most of the humor. Rachel had enough of sitting in her chair after about 45 minutes, and Sina had to take her out of the theater.
Taking the whole family out to the movies on base is really cheap. The little girls are free, my ticket is free for being active duty, so I only had to pay six bucks for the other tickets. Popcorn & beverages were twelve bucks. A family outing for under twenty bucks is an awesome deal in my book.
Not sure what we're going to do today. The Da Vinci Code is playing on base at at 7pm, and I want to see that, but the kids can't go of course. Stained is playing tonight at Kbay (other side of the island), but that really isn't a family concert. Monday is a workday too, so that's pretty much out.
