but i can't help resenting you for it...that wouldn't be like me. you are different now...i like this newfound maturity and grounded-ness you have. maybe i should borrow a chapter from your book and apply it where i can in my own melodramatic, selfish life. admit it, though, that's why you always liked me...i can turn anything into poetry, given the right inspiration ... ha
and maybe your not it anymore...

but seriously - don't put down that book...maybe then you'll understand what i've been ranting about all these years. or maybe i was just being a silly kid? who cares - it's still a classic and will make you sound sophisticated when you talk to other smart people about books. :)
