Here are some of the photos I took from various trips and things starting with Victoria's graduation luau in Angel's Camp (Calaveras County, CA).
Under all that dirt there is a pit lined with red hot rocks where a pig stuffed with delicious onions and seasonings has been cooking for 24 hours

Last weekend I went on a short trip down to San Diego with Drake, Elisa, David, and Sean. We bummed around Drake's home town of Carlsbad visiting Drake's family and checked out San Diego from the land and sea.

this is a secret stealth boat that is still under development. There were 3 or 4 Coast Guard Cutters patrolling around it at all times making sure no one could steal it or blow it up.
Tonight I went to the first house show of the summer featuring Nothing People, Swimmers, and Boss the Big Bit. On thursday I engineered Swimmers on Todd's show (Rick subbing). As they piled out of the car I introduced myself to each of them like I usually do when engineering a band. These guys totally took to my name though, and tonight they kept going "yo Ben!" and giving me high fives and such.

The dude on the right was totally psyched about the recording we did on Todd's show. He called me a sound magician which pretty much made my day. Swimmers' singer (not pictured) told me an amazing tale about a dream he had a few nights ago where his music got so popular that his weekly kickball games became infested with celebrities. everything came crashing down when 50 cent (he's really into kickball) stabs a guy for telling him he sucks at pitching.
