From the tagline: "Luke Skywalker and Han Solo battle evil Imperial forces to help Chewbacca reach his imperiled family on the Wookiee planet - in time for Life Day, their most important day of the year!"
It aired once in 1978, and George Lucas was so horrified he made sure it never saw the light of day again. About 90% of the film takes place on the Wookiee plant, which basically consists of scenes featuring Chewbacca's family fretting and talking with each other. Without subtiles. For 15 minutes at a time. Somehow, Bea Auther, Jefferson Starship, and this one guy who played maybe four different roles, each one more horrifying than the last.
We are also treated to Mark Hamill with a crazy amount of makeup on; Harrison Ford clearly wondering how he got talked into this; and Carrie Fisher, who was probably on drugs at the time (esp. since she claims she can't remember ever making this special). Oh, and at the end, we are treated to singing Wookies. And Carrie Fisher sings a solo.
Have I scared you yet?
It's...it's just bad. So horribly bad. I figured I should watch it, as that's what the "cool" Star Wars fans do, right? Not worth it. So not worth it.

Please don't ask me where you can watch this. I like you too much to subject you to this torture.

On the plus side, when people say that, oh, "Attack of the Clones" is the worst Star Wars movie ever, I can laugh at them in their ignorance.
