{His eyes gleam a bit from the light in the dark, like an animal's for just one instant, but then he steps closer with an outstretched hand. His eyes are kind and his smile is soft.}

Did you just get here, sir?

{His voice is quiet, but firm.}

[Dino looked up at the figure standing above him and reached out for the hand.]

"Thank you."

You're welcome. Is this your first time here on Kunpuu?

{Remus gripped his hand firmly and hauled him upward with more strength than what would be expected of his smaller limbs.}

"Whoa" Dino stummbled a little bit from the mysterious teens pull.

"Umm Kun-what?"

[marauding_wolf]

"Kunpuu. It's an island outside of normal time and dimensions, run by mermaids." Remus tried to steady him.

"OMGIWANNAMEETAMERMAID!"

[marauding_wolf]

Remus laughs at Dino's enthusiasm. It's an odd thing for some one his age to have. "You might be able to meet the messenger if you try to fetch something from home....The good mermaid doesn't appear often apparently and you won't want to meet the bad one."

"You mean I can get stuff from back in Italy, cuz I could definitely use a change of clothes and some shoes right now...It's like they just ran off!"
