This is not my story nor very recent, but I was reminded of it while at gaming yesterday.
Jeannine interned at a museum over the summer. She mainly taught art education classes for wealthy children, 4 or 5 years old for the most part. One afternoon, a mother was having trouble corralling her daughter to take her home. When she finally got a hold of her, she was still having trouble. So the threats started.
Mother: If you don't put your coat on...Right...Now, I'm going to tell your father about your behavior today.
5-year-old daughter: (Mimicking her mother's tone) Mommy, if you don't let go of me...Right...Now, I'm going to tell Grandma that I saw you kissing Daddy's pee-pee.
