Shiramine will be short: Wataru is the legendary Kamen Rider Kiva. Just knowing that makes him drawn to Wataru. Shiramine likes power, beauty and position. Wataru has the potential to have all three.
However, the way that Shiramine things is very double-sided. Even if he has that great interest in Wataru, he does not think he is fit to have Nago. Nago's level and Wataru's level are far too different. He thinks it's utterly foolish and just another display of how weak Nago can get when the correct pressure us applied.
Even if what Shiramine refuses to acknowledge is weakness and failure, he has a draw to Wataru that keeps him from doing anything too hasty toward him.
If at all, he wouldn't mind befriending him in the future.
Taiga loves his brother. At this point, Wataru is all that he has left and that is all that matters to him. He can forgive anything that may or may not happen. He could search endlessly for the answers that would make everything fine, but the thing he wants the most is for his brother to be by his side as he should have been from birth. Wataru was his first friend and the first life he willingly protected.
This doesn't mean that's the only thing he feels for him. Taiga has his share of getting pissed the fuck off at his brother too. While being selfish and worried about himself and his feelings, hating Wataru and being on the opposite side he is hurts him deeply each and every time. It's because he is the king(and has very little control over his anger) that he is able to act against his feelings of love in favor of feelings of hate, darkness and violence.
His position as King of Fangires all comes into play with his feelings for his brother. This is where half of his problems stem. His brother wishes to fight for the rights of Taiga's food. Taiga's not going to lie here, he thinks it's utterly stupid. That being said, he does understand Wataru's feelings since there are people he also wishes to protect. It's just... still his food and what's he's grown up believing. He has to think of the needs of his race before he bothers with his personal needs and feelings. This is why his feelings get severely pushed down when they are fighting.
But he still loves Wataru the most... this Mio is... well... gone.
