The routines are lame. Any old team can do a freakin' pyramid. I was showing Shannon the kinds of things we could be doing if she exercised a little quality control in who she let on the team.

When Shannon's not obsessing over her brother, she's busy puking in the girls' room. Everyone on the team knows what she's like, and if she had any concept of quality control, you would have been booted months ago.
