Time as a force does not exist. Time as we know it is merely a recognition of entropy. It is our observance that something held one state before and now holds another. There can be no "time travel" in the traditional science fiction sense because there is no way to reverse entropy. Just as a broken glass can not reform its self, a decayed particle can not regain the energy lost. The only possible "time travel" available to us would be to prevent decay in a localize region while entropy continued elsewhere. When we left our protective field, "time" would have passed and we would have "time traveled into the future"... but there would be no "going back".
