I hate moving, and yet...
I just called to check on my house rental application and Sa_briel and I were approved!! So I am finally moving back to a house, getting away from this crappy townhouse I've been in for the past year! The new house is a two bedroom, one bath place down on the edge of the Garden Tract district. It's not nearly as nice as the house I had before, but it has a garage and a smallish yet moderately sized wood-fenced back yard. Move-in date is set for the 31st and I'm giving notice to be out of the current townhouse at the end of September, so we'll have a full month to move, giving us plenty of time to clean the new place, shift everything over, and clean the old place (and have a party or two during the whole process). :D
