Apparently I'm not the only person who likes taking pictures of completely ordinary things. There is, in fact, a whole magazine dedicated not to turning these things into art by tricks and nice framing, but in seeing the art in their essential dullness.

Or perhaps I have that back to front.

You're totally not. This may not be quite what you mean, but I personally find everything, everything beautiful, and believe that it's only convention that makes us think that some things are ugly, and artistically not worthy of attention. I can be fascinated by the 'dull', the grey, the simple, the poorly framed. But that's me, I'm aware that a lot of people think I'm potty for this, so I don't tend to bring it up much, an dthis may not be exactly what you mean, or what these people are out to do, but it pleases me that there should be a whole magazine dedicated to ordinary things.
