Don Harrison Greenley II
Don Harrison Greenley, II (Scooter) was born July 9th, 1983 in Billings,
MT. He was raised in Tempe, Arizona where he graduated from Mountain Pointe High School with the class of 2001. His passions were music (he played the clarinet, saxophone and guitar), basketball, running
and skateboarding. Don enlisted in the United States Air Force in December of 2003 and
was assigned to the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA as a Chinese language
student. In addition to being an excellent student he was a long distance runner for the Air Force DLI team. Don is survived by his parents David and Kathy Pietz of Tempe, AZ and David and Angel Greenley of Billings, MT. Two sisters Danni and Melissa Pietz of Tempe, AZ, Grandparents Ted and Joan Pacheco of Libby, MT, Joyce Pietz of Billings, MT and Jean Greenley of Billings, MT, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by the countless lives he touched and the friends who will miss him. Don's personality was infectious as he learned at a very young age he could encourage others while succeeding himself. All who knew him will remember him and he will remain in our hearts forever. Funeral Services will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4310 E. Southern Phoenix, AZ Tuesday, May 3rd, at 4:00 pm. Memorial Services will be held in Billings, Montana on Friday, May 6th at 4:00 pm at Smith West Chapel. Additionally, a Memorial Service for the Air Force was held at the Presidio of Monterey, Monterey, CA.
