There came a write in along, and I just had to join. Here's what she gave me from the hat:

Any dark haired character
Dance party
One last denial

Ok, - I know that I have written Ace/Sanji quite recently, but then this write-in came along, and I joined, although without the creativity to jump into a new ship right now. It’s a bit softer than the last one, and I guess that can be a good thing. Besides, - Sanji isn’t as hard and seme’ish this time, although I usually prefer him that way.

One last denial
Ace was dancing, and little pearls of sweat formed all over his body. With precise movement and genuine happiness in his face, his strong body navigated the crowd. Sanji was amazed how the other man managed to follow the rhythm of the music, how he managed to close his eyes, and let his knees give in under him, and still manage to make it look like it was on purpose. Sanji knew the other man fell asleep for real out there, on the dance floor, - still the way he managed to open his eyes, and stand up and immediately get into the rhythm amazed him. Sanji wasn’t the only one to stare in aw at the man in the middle of the crowd, all kind of girls, the wallflowers and the dancers, the middle aged ladies and the ones who had dressed up in mature clothing to be able to get into the place sent him tantalizing smiles and used their eyes to invite him to move closer to them. He didn’t seem to mind, he never lost his energy, and he never moved closer to anyone. Ace just danced, his eyes closed, his body sweating, - as if he was in a world of his own.

The odd thing with Ace, Sanji thought, was that they both strived to give the same impression to the world. Both wanted to be smooth and polite. Both tried to be charming. Both tried to be strong. Still, their way of expressing it was so different, and had quite different effect on how they were perceived. The girls around Ace were swooning, while the ones around Sanji politely answered his smiles, without advancing on him. If he posed them a question, their voices were distant as they replied. Sometimes they even went away. Ace was everything that Sanji wasn’t. Where Sanjis glibness seemed to intimidate people, Ace’s rustic charm made them feel safe. Sanji always noticed it when he didn’t get attention. He knew how he got that desperate look in his eyes that made people avoid him. In a way, it was Ace’s complete lack of interest that made him attract ladies to the extent that he did, no matter how slender and charming the girl was, Ace smiled absently, and firmly rejected her. Sanji took a last sip of his drink, firmly grabbed a bottle of water from the counter, and started to move his body along with the music and once again dive into the dancing crowd.

As always when dancing, he noticed how his own body failed to react to the rhythm, how his shoulders turned rigid, and how his movements looked strained, quite the opposite of what he was trying to accomplish. Knowing all to well that he wasn’t working now, and that he shouldn’t feel that he had any responsibility of keeping everyone fed and content, Sanji advanced on ace with the water bottle. He opened the lid and had a small sip himself before pushing the bottle into the other man’s chest. With a grin Ace grabbed the bottle, and gulped down most of it, before pouring the rest of it over his head. The droplets were running down his neck and chest, and with a distinct movement, he shook the excessing water out of the messy hair.
- “This music is quite good, - eh?” Ace half whispered, half shouted into Sanjis ear, as his shoulders once again started to move along with the music. He lifted the water bottle once more:
- “Do you want some too?” he said, and without waiting for the other man’s reply, he poured the rest onto the other man’s head. His hands quickly messed up Sanji’s hair. Ace was smiling friendly.
-“You look quite tense”. His eyes weren’t worried, but Sanji looked down once more, just to notice how his own body failed to follow the music’s rhythm. His movements were imprecise and unpractised, his arms hung limply along with his own nervous body. Dancing wasn’t like fighting. There were no kicking, and there were no aiming. Sanji was too aware of the fact that if he had had something to aim for, this whole exercise would have been less of a mental challenge, and way more fun.
-“I don’t know how to move to this.” He raised his voice to reach through the monotone music, only to make Ace giggle.
-“It seems rather pointless, doesn’t it?” He said with a blush as Ace laid his head backwards to give word to a loud laughter. Sanji stared at the crowd. There were people kissing, people jumping and people grinding, - the whole dance floor was filled with arms and legs moving in various directions, and with sweaty bodys moving against each other. Suddenly Ace’s eyes stared into his own.
-“Come here, and I’ll teach you how to dance!”.

-“Why do you want to learn this?" Ace giggled. "To impress the ladies?" Without looking at Sanji’s exaggerated nodding, he once more messed up his hair, still wet from water and the sweat that seemed to stick to everything in the damp, humid room, and opened the upper button of the other man’s shirt.
-“You have to relax." He said while unbuttoning the last button, and pulled the white fabric out from Sanji’s dark trousers. "You have to be at ease, - when you are dancing, you are keeping your torso in one place, and then you move your shoulders and feet around… It looks kind of awkward, don’t you think?” Ace placed Sanji’s hands on his own hips. Ace’s hands were resting on the other man’s shoulders, and he once more started to move along to the music. It didn’t work, - his body was still rigid as a pole. Ace moved around him, placing his big hands on Sanji’s hips, and pressed the other man’s body as close to his own as was humanly possible. So close that his breath made the still wet skin in Sanji’s neck cold, so close that his arms were resting around Sanji’s slender hips. They were standing so close that Sanji had no choice but to move along with the other mans body, and to feel his rhythm pulse through his own body.

-“You are still quite stiff.” This time Ace removed Sanji’s shirt completely, to reveal the other man’s strong arms and bony shoulders. It felt like the vapour glued the two bodies together, as if Ace’s fluid movements were Sanji’s own, or at least forced Sanji to move along. Sanji had never felt like this before, - it felt like the red mist that frequently appeared when he was fighting, - the feeling of his body moving without his own consent, and doing it well. Sanji smiled. It felt like he could dance. Ace’s pulse was his own. Ace’s fluid movements were his own. Sanji relaxed. This felt good.

Suddenly Ace let go, and it felt like Sanji's body was removed from the pulse that had kept it alive. He danced, but rigidly this time. Until Ace once more grabbed his hands, and he felt the other man’s pulse though his own hands. Ace grabbed Sanji’s hands and pulled him closer.
-“I guess you have to learn every aspect of dancing.” He said, a shrewd smile on his lips, his eyes flickering. And suddenly, he started moving his hands around Sanji’s naked back, letting one strong body grind against the other, one set of hips thrusting against Sanji’s own. And Sanji moved along, grinding and thrusting. Aces fingers passed over his head, playing with his earlobe for a while before being laid to rest against his nape. Slowly, he directed Sanji’s face against his own face, and lips met lips. First it was only a swift touch, then he plunged deeper, letting his own warm tongue explore every corned of Sanji’s eagerly responding mouth. One warm body was eagerly exploring the other. One naked chest was glued to another. And one man was eagerly kissing another, eagerly responding. And they were still dancing, still moving rhythmically along to the music, still moving as one.

Ace took a brief pause, as if to catch some air.
-“So… why do you want to learn dancing?” He said, his voice slurred by a lust that could only barely be controlled. “To impress the ladies?” His voice was teasing, so unlike the answering voice, which was shameful and had almost been reduced to a whisper.
-“I guess so…” Ace let go of the other man’s body. Sanji’s hands were still trying to grab a hold of Ace’s own. Sanji’s lips were still wet from Ace's saliva. And Sanjis body was still longing for the otther man. Ace took a step back.
-“Then this isn’t the way to do it.” And he let go, his dancing body once more blending with the crowd, where people were kissing, jumping and grinding, - the whole dance floor was filled with arms and legs moving in various directions, and with sweaty bodys moving against each other. Sanji was trying to dance on his own, but it wasn’t the same. Not without the other man’s heartbeats synchronising with his own. Not without the other man’s lips touching his own. Suddenly he couldn’t care less about what the girls thought about him.

As he navigated out of the crowd, he noticed how several girls were looking at him. This time he just tried to avoid their gazes. Sanji moved towards the bar once more. Planning to fetch a bottle of water.

Man I need to sleep. It's actually four o'clock allready.
