[ The Static comment makes her smile but it twitches back after a moment when a shock runs through her and a frown replaces it. ]

Yeah. It's worse when I get wet. Like the fountain, and the snow. I can kind of ignore it like the ticking, otherwise. It's not as bad as it was last time.

[ As much as she doesn't want to admit she needs the help, she ... could really use it. And it's not like Sylar is around for her to blast into next week to make her feel better. If it would even work this time around. She's pretty sure the only needs blasting is ... well, her and Noah Bennet. Begrudgingly, she decides it's better to ask. ]

It's kind of like a little battery. Well, okay it doesn't produce the electrons, but it stores them and provides a charge when needed. You have to discharge it safely in order to handle it so that you don't get zapped. Pretty much anything electronic has one.

Yeah, kinda. You could say that. But if you won't want a hand, that's fine. Just-- maybe go find a rundown building and find the transformer and just zap the crap out of it. Might relieve some of this.
