Holy SHIT!!!
I am having a difficult time focusing on my homework ALL the way through on the first attempt. I'll pause for a moment, make some coffee, factor polynomials, make some food, eat the food, get on the internet, factor somemore polynomials, turn the news on, watch some porn, yell at the kitty for clawing huge gaping holes in the weather proofer thingy on the door, and then get back to the polynomials. About seven seconds ago I got mad at one of the problems because I forgot how to factor 1/25, and so I took that as an easy excuse to justify THIS current distraction... Steve gets home today, he's been gone for exactly 2 long weeks. he has been in Rhode Island this whole time working to get his boat sea worthy. He'll be back in Seattle for ten more days until he leaves again, and this time I won't see him for the six weeks he will be out on the open ocean, sailing his boat over to Portugal... that's the bad news. the good news is that I will be meeting him somewhere in Spain where we begin our two month sailing trip following the meditteranean coast line all the way to the aegean sea. I'm so fucking excited, I get to go sailing off the european coast, on a private yacht this summer!!! Hrmmm..? Perhaps that is a major contribution to my distractions..? Those of you who are on my mailing list will be getting tons of post cards, Oh yeah!! and if anyone one of you who I have known for at least five years happens to be on the European coast while I am there is MORE than welcome to come along with us for part of the time.
