And yes, I did. A collaboration of random codes I created, understood, or neither that I put together to do things I don't even understand. The power of Creation.

What I noticed immediately about it was the depth and the lighting. It's not flat at all. The figure is standing away from the background and you have picked up the lighting on the face and in the hair, etc.
So it doesn't look like PMG. That sort of thing is just repetition, repetition, repetition. And I have a personal rant about the parochialism in fandom fanart tastes which seem to require that stuff dubbed good 'art' is more often than not the stuff that is literal lifedrawing. Me? I want to see art. Stuff that is about light, and movement and feeling and interpretation.
I hope you continue to work with the medium.

You know after I drew this and before I scanned it, I was totally wondering what you would say to it? As you are, the master.

I tried to make it look like Paul McGann and initially someone thought it was Abraham Lincoln so I suppose this is a bit of an improvement. But I don't know, I just looked at it and got this feeling that I was beating a dead horse and I just needed to let it go. XD Now it's hanging across my bed in front of my ( ... )
