Here are some Vegetarian/Vegan recipes you guys should try.
They're relatively easy (if you have a little experience with cooking).
Pan Fried Ginger Sesame Tofu
Ingredients
14 oz. tofu, firm or extra firm
1/4 cup cornstarch or flour
canola oil
1/4 sesame seeds, lightly toasted
scallions
*** Sauce:
2/3 cup (or to taste) liquid sweetener (maple, rice, agave syrup, etc)
3 tablespoons Tamari
1 tablespoon finely minced ginger (or finely grated on microplane)
2 tablespoon sesame oil, not toasted
2 tablespoon rice Wine vinegar, or mirin
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1-2 teaspoons red chili flakes
Directions
1. Drain and press tofu very well. Wrap in towel and weight it with a heavy object.
2. Stir together sauce ingredients in sauce pan (or small pot). Simmer over low heat.
3. Cube or cut tofu and dust lightly with cornstarch or flour. Heat 1" of oil in deep frying pan. Fry tofu in 350 deg. oil (about med heat) until golden brown.
4. Place tofu in large bowl and toss with sauce, amount as desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions as desired.
((I served mine with stir fry vegetables and sticky white rice n_n. Delicious! ♥))
Moist Chocolate Cake

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oil

((Seriously- the moistest cake I have ever made, and the tastiest.
Zack doesn't like cake and he tried it and apparently loved it so, yay ^_^))
Okay, okay.

Okay, okay.
That's my little "Check This Out!" thing for the... hour.
I've got to go to school to fix my schedule and then to work.
So I'll be gone from... a little before 1:00 until about 9:15.
OH!
And!
Smashing Pumpkins on Friday! I'm so fucking excited.
The tickets were almost sold out but Kevin and I got Orchestra seats!
(for a pretty price). Ohhh god. I'm excited, haha.
And I get to meet his family, cause we're staying with them.
Okay, okay.
If I find more interesting stuff I'll show ya.
(and soon I'll have pictures of the shirt I'm making for him.)
