Do you remember - anything about what brought us here? I can't recall; if I knew, I could maybe get us home.

To our separate homes, of course. I wouldn't intrude.

My neighbour, who it seems has some experience in these matters, tells me that this will pass, and we will find ourselves returned home in some number of days.

There will be...a good number of people dead at home if I'm missing for that long. It was a bad time. To say the least. I hope it's not the case. Does she seem to know what she's talking about? There are some people here who I fear aren't in their right minds.

I thought her very sane and reasonable. I am inclined to trust her word.

I'm afraid not. Things are different for those who are normally here, apparently, but for those of us here only briefly, it seems there is nothing but to wait.
