not quite sure the dynamic difference between the right lane and the left, the asshole careens into one at t minus 1 foot mutually from the cars in front of him and behind. Only of course to slam on the brakes and end in a lane that is going slower than the one he just left. This my friends is south phoenix traffic. No wonder insurance is so damn expensive.
