(no subject)
Argh, today has been a sucky day at work. Just long and full of ridiculous computers (ARGH), ridiculous customers (ARGH ARGH) and just general AAAAARRRRGH.
I want to go home and have a nice quiet bowl of something and go to bed, but roommate-tachi is having a bachlorette party so I know that's not going to be the case. Dammit I wish I had heard about this, you know, beforehand.
I will probably pick up some burgers and lock myself in my room for the remainder of the night when I get home. I just cleaned the apartment. I'm going to have to clean it again tomorrow after work too, I know it.

Think I'll watch Iron Man again. I can't wait for that movie to be out on DVD, it's so going to be one of my comfort movies.
[Edit] Upside: I drew a pretty nifty shinigami!Kenshin today, and the Iron Man novelization cracked my shit up with the whole "one ring" bit.
The individual strips had melted together into a single ring. Stark allowed time for it to cool and, once he was satisfied it was ready, he lifted the ring out of the mold with a pair of tweezers.
"What are you building?"
"The ring of power," said Stark. "Just wait until you see me carving elvish lettering on it. As soon as it cools, I slip this puppy on my finger, turn invisible, and walk right out."
This novelization is making me chuckle. In good ways.
