Missed it by ... *that* much!
Whoops, I do believe I missed posting on Kenshin's birthday this year. I flailed about it on tumblr though, so that counts, right? Oh well, おたじょうびおめでとう、剣にちゃん。
Someday I will work on learning more kanji so I'm not typing in hirigana all the time; but I am getting faster at toggling between the two. So awesome to be able to actually type in Japanese ( I am far more weeaboo than I like to let on, heh).
Not much going on; be prepared for a bit of fic-spam later on tonight as I roll out all the short fics I have wandered through in the last few weeks. Mostly Muse'verse, with a smattering of Nightbreed and Reverse'verse. I'm a little disappointed, this year
fmabigbang is doing a reverse bigbang; which while I'm willing to give it a try, I was all excited to get rolling on a new fic! Oh well. :/ I think I'm going to check out history_bigbang because from what I understand FMA falls under its umbrella, just to see. Dunno, maybe I'll try to do both! Need to get off my tuckus and expand my palate anyway, I really enjoyed doing a werewolf bigbang.
Seen a boatload of movies since the last time I posted. In reverse order:
This weekend is Fandom Fest in Louisville, which is apparently a lot more massive a convention than I was anticipating. (Horror, Comic & Anime) I find it adorable that my father has become a con-hound! Maybe one day there will be a vacation to San Diego for the biggest con of all.
Okay, time for me to start formatting and posting a shit-ton of fic. BE PREPARED.
