Children of the Corn
Heard about it on the radio on my way to work today and then read about it on the front page of the paper...SCI-FI channel is doing a remake of the movie Children of the Corn that will stay more true to Stephen King's original novel. The best part is that the remake will be filmed right here in the Quad Cities!!! They are even going to cast local children!
Why couldn't they have done this a decade or more ago?! I would have loved to audition for a horror movie! Heck, I would have made a great little homicidal devil worshiper! ^_- Guess I'll just have to convince one of the kids I babysit to audition and live vicariously through them...at least one of them is creepy and evil enough to land a part. Just kidding, I love those kids. But it would be cool to see one of them in it . ^_^
