As a teacher I have long been fascinated by learners who do not learn easily in traditional book, read, repeat, memorise kinds of ways but rather need music, movement or visual stimulation to made concepts clear or interesting. I think it is valuable for all learners actually and have since discovered myself that while I do learn just fine in the traditional ways I actually learn well with musical and visual cues.
Anyway, this little blog entry highlights how much fun learning can be using movement and how the movement itself is very valuable.
