Tomorrow is a big day
So tomorrow I have my first FORMAL observation. You know, the one they could use to back up all those horrible things the principal said to me. Last week the kids were horrible. It felt as though we were back at square one all over again. I'm pretty much a nervous wreck. All three of the 4th grade teachers that have to do the FPMS (the evaluation thing) is doing the same lesson in the same day. Atleast the teacher who is going to do it the best is at the end of the day after me and Ms. Guerra. I'm waiting to hear about my transfer. There was also supposedly a meeting with the principal and some district personnel and the union concerning whats happening at the school and it was suggested that I would be brought up. That scares me. What if she decides to do my FPMS just because of that? Oye.
Also, my happy pills aren't strong enough.
And I'm pretty sure things are finished with Jim which makes me a little bit more sad.
So....next thing to look forward to: 5 day weekend in two weeks.
