Crazy mixed up world
This woman I know just changed her status on FB to "single". She had been in a new relationship for maybe a week...?
Now all the advice she is getting from her friends is about how men suck, she should stay single and just stay friends with guys--have fun but not tooo much fun...
What if it was such a rushed thing that they really shouldn't have even tried it? Or they pushed it?
So many of us go searching for the one that completes us. It's really sunk in for me how false that is. Everyone I meet, man, woman, lover, friend-- each person has an effect on my life, and becomes a part of who I am. Without adversity I would never have grown strong enough to get through the huge battles...
I hope she can stop searching for "the one" and learn to be on her own two feet.
