Back again
Well here I am again. Trying to pull away from the Facebook-ness. I have been working on a new mask for the Outcast LRP, for playing a Ratkin.The latex has been taking stupidly long to dry, it is weird how sometimes it dries almost instantly, and other times it takes forever. This mask 'looks' like it could be quite good. I could be wrong mind you, but I have my fingers crossed. I will be buying some long grey fur for it during the week, and adding some scars. I made the mask without the scars, intending to add them to it later, this way I can produce generic rat forms for sale, and still have a detailed one for myself.
I still have teeth to make for it, and ears, and a tail. I did plan to make some extra bits, and still want to try for a hooded coat with a hunch built in but we shall see.
I am hoping to get some steampunk stuff made soon. I have plans for a rocket pack, some wings, a wrist control box thing, and some ray guns. Also I have two jackets that are waiting for my wife to help me with the patterns for (hint hint!!) and a smoking cap, and some shirts (if I can ever find the cloth I have had waiting for them for a good five years or more).
Looking forwards to Whitby in October, but really need to get some of the Steampunk stuff made before then, and look at the outfits. I have a few things but they don't really go together so I have a lot of stuff that never gets used >:(
Planning on going to Asylum next year instead of Whitby. If I can get work then we may do both but on the possibility I don't get work I have to plan ahead for one event and save for that.
How is that for an update? okay, shall leave it at that for now.
