Hola,
I've just finished my classes but am hanging around until 6.45 because my Alpha Course starts tonight. I'm really looking forward to it; plus we get free food ;o)
*The Queen* is quite good although there weren't as many explosions as I'd envisaged ;o) Still, I got to watch a big 'TV' and eat salted popcorn. I've officially seen everything now: the man in front of us in the queue spent *£67* pounds. In a cinema. Admittedly he was buying three adult tickets (£9.10 each - gotta love London) but still. That's a *lot* of junk food for one movie. Everytime the server came back with something else he sent him off again for a different type of Starburst. I realise that this is not very interesting, but hey, not much has happened in the past 24 hours.
Vast chunks of today were pointless. I had a lecture on financial services which was ok but then one on professional development (*such* a joke subject taken by a man who looks like Jasper Carrott and takes himself much to seriously: am beginning to worry that law is populated with such people...) and a two-hour class on legal writing - critiqueing emails/letters/memos and rewriting them. Riveting, I can assure you. Anyway, I survived and it's one day closer to the weekend :)
xx
