Lindsay Lohan is a Spoiled Brat!
The bitch needs to sit in a jail cell, but even the judge says she wouldn't serve time due to the new law in California! And it's true. Because all of her charges were reduced and were non violent, the most she would serve is a couple of hours in a county jail.
If MJ's lawyer is found guilty, even though it would be of murder, it would be a non-violent one so he would spend time in the County Jail and due to over crowding, be out in a matter of months at most instead of years.
Here's my opinion on what should be done. Less and 90 minutes away is a shut down federal minimum security prison. It closed 5 years ago because of budget cuts and because it was deemed a high risk. There were no fences, just guard towers. Why? Because it was over a 5 mile trek mostly uphill at a 75º angle to the highway in the middle of the desert. If you were dumb enough to try and escape, you would die within a matter of hours. They only allowed inmates out during the dead heat of the day. Here is a pic of the prison from the highway:
Out of the 72 inmates that ever tried to escape that way, not one made it past the mile and half mark. They either gave up or succumbed or were shot by the guards. This prison was once a military prison and then converted to a regular prison. It was the first prison Marilyn Manson was sentenced to for the murders he committed at his compound in Trona (where we took Paola when she came for a visit)
This is what I think should be done. The government doesn't have enough money to house the inmates that need to? They should reopen the prison for rich and famous people like Paris, Lindsay, etc who NEED to be sent to jail, charge them for their room and board! When it closed, the prison had a computer lab, cable TV, a swimming pool, and even a salad bar in the dining area. The cells are converted dorms and from what I've heard, were VERY nice.
Reopen it, lock them up and take away the perks! These celebrities are never gonna learn if they're above the law just because they're rich and famous!
