All Hail the Alien Masters
Here's a total shocker: White House buries climate change deaths report. I'm sure if we look in the backyard of the White House we'll find a whole mountain range has sprung up magically to cover everything that's been buried over the past 8 years.
In related news, world renowned UFO expert Timothy Good is on the talk circuit promoting his new book Need to Know: UFO's, The Military, and Intelligence along with the idea that there are alien bases on earth and the governments of the world are in cohoots with them. I'd prefer to think that aliens are responsible for global warming, the credit crisis, food shortages, oil prices, the war on terrorism, and George Bush too, but my moral compass says this smacks of either the-devil-made-me-do-it or better yet, we will be saved from ourselves by a higher force. Whatever the case if there is a deus ex machina end to all of this, the aliens will not have done us any favors. Unless it's Klaatu and Gort from The Day the Earth Stood Still.
Speaking of which, I just discovered they've made a remake set to be released this December with Keanu Reeves playing Klaatu. Not much of a disguise, is it?
