my birthday is on saturday and somehow I could care less. early this year, I determined to celebrate my birthday for the first time in years, (you could put that number between five and six,) but now that it's on my doorstep, I have zero interest.
what really has me going is november 13th and 14th, new england popfest. every year, it almost always has such a solid line up. this year, 14 iced bears is playing as is the smittens, (which is no surprise, they play every year.) that's two bands I have been itching to see for more than a minute now. one of which I thought I would never get the chance to see. if they don't play cut, I'mma be the saddest boy.
there's also a secret show here in philly in the works that could very possibly be the best ever.
have me a job now that really enjoy. making rent in just one paycheck. optimally, I could save a grand a month, but I don't live that frugally unless I have to.
life is good, for now.
