(no subject)
hiding in corvallis, till tomorrow morning! dinah and i have been ultra craft tastic today
last night we organized and cleaned her insane room, funny how the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in that aspect ;)
then we had fun cleaning up her clothes by playing "Fashion Runway" by putting outfits together and choosing co-ordinating accessories. voting on our favorite outfits, etc.... Cap'n Girly Girl loved that, of course. We picked her outfit for school tomorrow, as it's picture day. It's still the quirky mixed style that her dad likes, but fancy nancy enough for dinah, and matching enough for my approval.
today we've
-gone to school (D)/watched it's always sunny in philadelphia (Me)
-gone to the dollar store
-gotten beading projects, made awesome sparkley necklaces
-played music grocery store with fake veggies/food and a keyboard
-played cooking show and made Pickle Pea Pear Pepper soup.
-went to goodwill and bought HUGE tinkerbell coloring posters i can't imagine a kid coloring the entire thing.. so we bought squeeze brush paints at goodwill and painted this fabulously rainbow poster of tinkerbell... all for less than $3!
the goodwill here is awesome. weirdly enough i saw a girl i worked with oh.... SIX years ago when i lived in corvallis and worked at Goodwill. she's just as odd as ever.
-made green and red jello with bananas for dinner
-made cookies
-played with Capone, the boxer that lives here. he's SO CUTE and sweet. big puppy love.
-made up songs
what else do we have planned?
probably taking pictures for the hell of it :)
now i'm waiting for the chicken to cook for dinner for all of us... it's been a fun day.
Tomorrow i'm leaving really early (745) so i can get home in time to get ready for.... TWO job interviews!!!! i have one at torrid, and one at Sees candies! seriously, holiday work or no, money would be nice!
