One of our great cottages in New Hope is coming available on Feb 1. If you or anyone you know is thinking of moving or would like to live in New Hope right on the river, please get in touch with me. This is a 1-bedroom cottage with a big living room and a laundry room. It's $1100 a month plus utilities. Though it's in the middle of town, it's very quiet and private. The only real drawback: There's no parking. Most of my tenants either park in Lambertville and walk across the river, deal with the meters, or rent a space from one of the local parking lots.
