So in one of those quizzes on quiz farm (I think it was which Buffy character are you?), a question was asked that I thought was interesting:
"Have you ever read or heard one sentence that changed your life?"
I have. I read a sentence in, of all things, a romance book (mock if you will, I looooorve them) that changed my life. It was, "nothing worth having comes easily."
I don't know why it was that sentence at that time that catapulted me from a horrible and toxic stasis, but it was. I don't know why such a simple statement affects me so deeply, but it did and does. To this day I repeat it when I'm tired or frustrated.
So....what about you? Is there a sentence, phrase, word, etc. that changed your life?
