Dreaming of the Future

Let's see, what have I done today? I attended 3 out of my 4 classes (skipping bowling) and when I wasn't in class or getting ready for it, I was sleeping. I've slept 3.5 hours already today and I plan on going to bed early as well. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll have my normal voice back. Right now I think I sound like a confused mixture between a drunk man and a frog. Ugh.

Lately I've often found myself thinking of all these things that I want to do with my life. Mainly there's a lot of traveling I want. I had this brilliant idea a few days ago. I plan to visit Tokyo, Japan and the surrounding areas the summer after I graduate. I figure, why not visit a few other places that I've wanted to hit for a while? So I'll fly from Detroit to Tokyo, then Tokyo to New Zealand, then New Zealand to Oxford and London, and London to Detroit. I would literally circumnavigate the globe. HOW COOL WOULD THAT BE?!

Now it's time to sit down and finish my reading for Whalen's Victorian Literature class. What a great class by the way. The reading is great. Matthew Arnold makes some great points in his "Preface to Poems".
