Update
I found a series of pictures by vampire_zombie on Deviantart.com. They really brightened my day, especially after it snowed. I think I want to put them on my wall next to my bed to cheer me up.
In other news...I made it into the play 6 Characters in Search of an Author. It's being directed by one of my fellow Theatre majors. I did not get the part I wanted, and I gave up my last sorority Formal for auditions...but I think I'm coping with the disappointment well. The cast is great, and I think it'll still be a hell of a fun time. It's my final performance here with the Tower Players and I'm going to make it a good one.
I also finally secured a job for the summer with the possibility for continued employment. I'm very happy to finally have something secure to depend upon after graduation. I was freaking out for a while with the way the economy has been and with my financial situation... but God has blessed me with a good job where I can make some decent moneyI am still planning on going to graduate school, I just have to find the right school and decide what I want to study. I'm thinking either Children's Literature or Shakespearean Genre.
There is also the possibility of teaching English in China. That, my friends, would be a dream come true for me.
In being a good college student, I really should be studying and doing homework right now. I have an exam on Thursday and a research paper due next Wednesday. At the moment, however, I really just don't feel like doing any work. I've been going pretty much non-stop from 9am to 9pm. Maybe I'll do some basic reading tonight a little later. Who knows. I don't have class tomorrow (*SCORE!*) so I have the whole day to do work.
Hopefully I'll make more updates more frequently.
