Interesting. In looking over the last few answers, there's an overwhelming number of women answering this question saying they'd like to at least experience being a guy. There's very few guys answering to the affirmative which indicates that it's more acceptable for a girl to act or dress like a guy than for a guy to wish to take on feminine attributes.
Since I don't see one sex as better or worse than the other, I have no shame in admitting the idea is intriguing. While I don't think I'd enjoy the physical changes, I'd still be up for experiencing it. More interesting would be the mental and emotional changes. Would I suddenly become a totally different person? I'd have different hormones affecting me so how would that change my personality?
I don't think I'd want the change to be permanent. Even if I end up liking the physical changes, there's a whole bunch of societal expectations to deal with.
While there are obvious differences between men and women, I believe most of the differences are artificial ones set by society. While there are both pluses and minuses to being a member of both sexes, at least I've had a lifetime to adjust to the pressures of being male and deciding which of society's expectations to accept and which to reject. I'd hate to have to start that whole process all over again.
