So this morning, I was wanting something terribly autumny for breakfast, and K wanted oatmeal. So I added a half cup of organic canned pumpkin to my oatmeal, along with about 4 chopped pecan halves, a tablesppon of brown sugar 1/4 cup of raisins and 1/2 a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Oh, yum.
I also experimented with the pumpkin spice ice cream recipe from
