Going on 48 hours without coffee. Yesterday I was ok, I realized I was a little slow to get moving but it was ok. I had a little green tea and made it through. This morning I realize that some days the only reason I get out of bed is because my coffee is ready. I usually wake up, use my phone to tell my coffee maker to start making its magic elixir and I dont get physically out of bed till I get a message that it is ready and I can smell the aroma through the house. This morning I laid under the heap of covers and cats and just couldn’t do it. After a hour I finally moved. The suggestion from the doctor leading this nutrition group is to drink hot lemon water in the morning.
Lemon water is NOT COFFEE
