OMG OMG OMG OMG!
The Jack in the Box Teryiaki Chicken Bowl is BACK!! And they offer it in a steak variety too! My ex and I (and moreso when I was single) used to love these as it was the most non-fast foody quick eats you could around here. And of course for me it was something of a comfort food at the time, being comprised mostly of rice. If I didn't hate him so much, I'd call him myself and tell him!
Tastes about the same, sliced chicken with broccoli and carrots over white rice and covered with teriyaki sauce. Got the combo which comes with egg roll and drink, and may I say that JITB has THE best egg rolls I've ever had from any restaurant, including all of the Chinese places here in town.

Superbowl party was fun, I made football strawberries (I know, I know, too much time on my hands) and they were devoured by all. Hung out with Jesse, Scott, and Debbie, and the rest of the gang. Good times, sucks that the Cardinals lost -- I was really rooting for them.

Saturday night's festivities were awesome, Alan celebrated his 50th in fine style, surrounded by his very large surrogate family: Barney people, salon people, and us! Drank way too much, smoked way too many cigarettes, sang along with every song I knew, and danced with Chrystal. Spent the night at her parents' and was treated to bloody marys and brunch the next morning. I love her family...
