I was reading a book today about Wynton Marsalis, and what he did. Theres an obvious pattern to what you have to do to be good in anything. Practice your freakin' ass off. And if you love what your doing, then you should be fine.
Why is it that I can find so much inspiration from certain people. Like Oscar Peterson, or Wynton? I don't understand why just reading a little bit of a book, can change my whole outlook on practicing, and make me want to do more.
Any answers?
P.S. Ken just told me that he has two lines on two bari's... way to exciting... things are looking up!
