Word Count and Netwerking

Nov 23, 2007 14:06

Networking is important. At least, so every other writer I know says. So, I signed up at a bunch of places where I can syndicate my writing.  And I opened up my own domain at bowlofhours.com

Good times.

Meanwhile, I have a part time job with Paul calling every library in North America.  A buck per completed call. Not bad at all. It'll pay for a few courses, anyway.  Or a new laptop, if I'm lucky.

And today's word count? 12 039. I do not hate what I wrote today, and in fact, have grown rather fond of what I wrote yesterday.  I now know what my characters look like, which is a huge bonus.

Tonight is for Monopoly, whiskey, and no television. We've canceled cable. We are free, free, free from the tyranny of tv!
