I really really need to start taking this semester more seriously. Case in point. The following took place about a 1/2 ago.

TA: So what other methods can we use to solve this problem of the water tight compartments conflict in current Canadian federalism?
Me: Centralism!
TA: But how exactly would you do that?
Me: (Sans pause to think) You hit all the premiers on the head and hope no one notices for a while.
TA: That's... one way! Maybe not the best way... Anyone else?
