Otto the punk has repo'd the ultimate car: the glowing Chevy Malibu that took him and Miller to the stars and back. Now, forever altered by the experience, he's given up his nihistic, life-wasting ways and become a crusader for Truth and Justice on the gritty streets of Los Angeles. Of course, he's still repo-ing cars and occasionally diving into a mosh pit. But now he finds a way to help people, while dreaming impossible dreams. But when he crosses paths with yet another damsel in distress...will this be his last crusade?
