For a challenge at
gameofcards to do mood boards, and there was talk of color palettes, and feelings, so I tried something with some favorite colorful art and this most amazing site I found,
The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows, wherein...well, here's how he describes it: "The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a compendium of invented words written by John Koenig. Each original definition aims to fill a hole in the language-to give a name to emotions we all might experience but don’t yet have a word for." I chose ones that I thought would go with the art. Check out his site; some of the words and definitions are funny and very cool.
The art is, of course, The Kiss by Klimt and Flaming June by Sir Charles Leighton. (Click for bigger.)
