surgery to remove the bone spur on my shoulder was successful. There was no tear to the muscle, so hopefully recover quickly. I stayed at Kaiser overnight, and came home this morning.
doing one handed typing, haven't had to take any pain meds yet, pain is bearable (3to4 on scale of ten)
I have a low threshold to the drugs so it took awhile for the muscle block to wear off. And I have a high tolerance to pain at least that is what the dr says.
