Well its been forever since I've posted anything and so much has been going on. I am in my last year of school and will graduate in May with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology with stress in Mechanical (say that 10 times). School is going good, other than that it is school. I recently got promoted to full-time status at work and now get more paid time off and benefits. I am still working on the raise part, I have to talk to my store director and get some clarification of the meeting we had. But other than that it is still work and I am still trying to get out of there before November so that I don't have to work the day after Thanksgiving and the crazy holiday season.
My car.....I could go crazy right now. I still haven't recieved any response from the guy I bought the calipers from and the guy I bought the stainless steel brake lines from. Luckily I paid with Paypal for both; one guy is on the board so I can get that taken care of easily, and the other guy was done on ebay so I can get that taken care of fairly easy too. I do have new rotors, pads, oil pan seal, and caliper paint. All of which are sitting in my room staring at me mocking me. Once I get the calipers I can start riping into the car. I could do the oil pan seal but I need to steam clean the engine bay and drive it around so that I can see where my leak is at. And I obviously can't do that until I get good brakes on it. What I'm thinking about is just going through the engine bay and cleaning everything (remove any form of grim and oil that is in there on the parts and engine bay walls) and then polishing everything that is aluminum or that can be shined so that it looks good, and replacing hoses and making the bay look spiffy. Something to keep me occupied till I get my calipers.
Anyhow, that is me and my life right now. And of course I am still doing LIFE TEEN core and church and chilling with friends. Oh and I have won about $200 in the past 2 weeks at the casino, not bad but not great. Take care everyone and give me a call to chill.
